I have a 4door '94 Chevy lt Tahoe blazer- & I also run two 12" subwoofers to the head unit. I have two amps powering them, one kenwood 1000w and the other is a jbl gt5-a3001. ALSO have all this ran through a battery cap.

Well my system has been at its prime, it was doing fine until today! All the sudden this message runs across the faceplate: "check wiring then restart unit"

Okay, so I'm not an armature I've done this many times. I checked all the wires, restarted the unit, AND IT STILL SAYS THE FUCKING MESSAGE. I don't understand what is wrong, please help. I've been trying to figure this out for 12 loonng, frustrating hours! I appreciate any comments or advice :) PLEASE

There's a speaker wire short somewhere causing the message (not the subwoofers, just the normal door/pillar speakers).
