JVC DV-cam capture problems!

I need help fast! I am trying to capture video off of a JVC GR-DVL815U DV cam using premiere and firewire. I can control the camera from Premiere, but nothing shows up in the capture window... and no sound either. When I try to record, it says "Captured No Frames". Can anybody help me? I posted here because I need a fast responcse. Help!! This is incredibly important!
