I'm using the latest free version of powertools, anyway everytime I go to registry cleaner it finds all the useless keys as normal, but when I select and attempt to remove any, as soon as I press that remove button the program just totally freezes.

I've tried doing this under safemode, but still no joy. The program did work before but I'm not sure what has happened to bring it like this.

If anyone experienced this before and can give me a solution to fix it, that would be cool.

Thanks.

that started happening to me too, and uninventive as I am I figured it was just that it was timebombed because the program is shareware now.

Couldn't be, it still says 30days trial on their site and I've only been using it for about 14 days or so, I can't email their support cause it says that is for customers only

I'm not sure if it's just the registry cleaner that is the problem, I would try the .dll cleaner if it found any to remove. Besides, whenever the trial period is over, shouldn't it just lock down the whole program and not one feature? Weird.

Edit: Least I know it's just not me with the problem now.
