This is all over the internet, and the MSM. I have one question:

What does that mean?

Thank you.

p.s., Not a troll thread. I really want to know what this means to other people, especially those that are saying it. I'm not one of them. As for me, I am calling for JUSTICE!

The few moderates will say a trial

The rest will say a trial but be thinking a convicted in prison and/or dead "white" guy

That blacks have not given an inch in the fight against whitey? Right or wrong, that is the impression I get from those voicing their opinions. It's like if blacks give in on Trayvon Martin, next thing the African slave trade is back in style.

Why did you put "white"?

To the OP's question, justice can be had any number of ways. Based on who's story I decide to believe; (note, this will be different for everyone)

a) If I believe T was murdered, then Justice will be the execution of Z.
b) If I believe T attacked Z without instigation, then Justice has been served. (improbable, as I firmly believe that Z not backing off, and following the kid around was instigation, and reason enough for T to attack Z)

I think the prosecution should actually charge Z with manslaughter, instead of 2nd degree. My understanding being, he acted recklessly which resulted in T being killed. Vs he killed T in a fit of passion.

Anyways, so Justice for me, would be a manslaughter conviction, but that won't happen if they charge him with murder.

I think what you are getting at, will the people win or will the NRA/ALEC lobbyists bill creators win?

There are very few people calling for revenge. I think 99% just wanted justice to be served and for Zimmerman to stand for his actions in front of a jury. Nothing more nothing less.

"stand for his actions"? What does that mean exactly? Just kind of curious.

This is America man. You can't shoot someone dead under questionable circumstances and walk away from a dead body wipe your hands clean and say oh self defense.

If the evidence and/or testimony backs up the claim of self defense the person should walk free. I do hope you're prepared for the possibility that this case could still be dismissed during the evidentiary hearing phase and not make it to a jury trial.

Pretty much this. Legal process should determine guilt or innocence when you kill someone. In this type of case it should not be left to local police forces to decide. And that's coming from a former cop.

When people are angry, justice means vengeance.
When they are calm, justice means free handouts.

that's what I think as well, it seems to many "stand in court" and "justice" means punishment.

and don't get me wrong, I'm all for vengeance and punishment. i just think they're separate from justice. justice is the process of justifying vengeance and punishment. it's not the whole package.

I suspect the phrase means a lot of different things to different people, but the general point seems pretty self explanatory to me. Normally when people ask for justice for something or someone, it's because they think a wrong has been committed against that person/thing and they want to see those responsible held to account. That seems fairly easy to understand, I would think...

One thing is certain, stand your ground laws seem to be very poorly written.

But thats what happens when you let the NRA write legislation for you.

You think only black people don't like what happened, question Zimmerman's explanation and/or dislike Florida self-defense laws?

Lets step away from race for 45 seconds:

People are looking for Due process in this situation. Anyone who shoots an unarmed person should have their actions evaluated using due process.

Okay go back to using race the distract from the real issues.

Example? The ones I have read, many, are fine, and fairly thorough.

What does the OP's post have to do with race? Seems you're the one introducing race into it.
