Apparently an eighth-grader in a district not far from where I live has been suspended and may face disorderly conduct charges for making a list of classmates and school staff who he found irritable.

Anyone else think this is a little too far?

Not with todays school issues, they may feel as though this is a step to prevent what could be a school shooting, they may think of the list as a possible threat.

just my opinion

at a school near me, they have these hats they have to wear that transmit their thoughts. whenever someone thinks of doing something bad, they get punished.

I could maybe see something school involved, but the disorderly conduct charges are the biggest piece of crap I've ever heard of.

Did he find them irritable or irritating?

If they were just in a really bad mood when he found them, you can't get on the guy, he's just reporting the facts.

its things like this that

1) make me not want to have kids
2) thank god i went to school when thinking wasnt bad; acting was. and when you say 'i'll kill you'.. it was a figure of speech.
