3dfx Still has yet to release the Voodoo4 4500. The only cards based on the VSA-100 that have been released are the AGP and PCI Voodoo5 5500. I wouldnt hold your breath for it appearing anytime soon either.

The V4 4500 PCI is slated for a Sept 16th release. The AGP should
follow around the 21st.

I'm waiting for them too.

I highly doubt 3dfx will release the V4, they don't have the VSA-100 chips for it after making V5s.

The VSA-100 chip isn't fast enough to run in a single chip situation, IMO. My V5 5500 is great, but I have a fealing the MX will wreck a V4.

Where i live they have the box ready on the shelf and it supposly will go for 149.99. But then again you have to remember guys like us can look online find it for probably like 129 bucks oem or something so i wouldn't count it out just yet.
