Coincedence?

1 - Fiance's 10 y/o sister gets her first period. Isn't this kinda early?
2 - Fiance's 16 y/o sister (who's married to some 19 y/o loser w/ no job) is pregnant.
3 - My fiance herself might be pregnant.

Great, so now the household (well, my fiance and I live together but we spend quite some
time at her mom's house) is expecting two babies both at the same time!!!!

What's messed up is her mom and other sister says her 16 y/o sis will most likely suffer greatly
since she's basically dropped out of school and her husband sits at home all day and play video
games. Yea he doesnt work.

Start drinking bottled water...someone's tampered with your water supply.

;)

Seriously, good luck w/you and your fiancee. As for the younger ones....the 16y/o is married? That won't last...in all probability. Sad...but true.

Congrats to you, sucks for the 16 y/o (abortion an option? Dont let that child suffer), not common but can happen for the 10 y/o.

The guy is trying to make her quit but she doesnt want to. However, she's failing chemistry once again so she
might just give it up and go to work. sad thing is, there isn't any work for someone who's a HS drop out.

Thanks ... hopefully my fiance is late with her monthly thing. Not sure if I am ready to be a dad, but if she is
then it's all good. I do what I have to do and take care of my responsibility.

She's beyond help ... I found out a couple months back that they both wanted a child. Why I dont know, but
they have unprotected site and he doesn't bother pulling out anyways.

Oh yea, I'm not looking forward to playing uncle and buying stuff for her child. There's no doubt that her sister
(my fiance) will somehow feel sorry for her sis and support her financially. This sucks ...

Welcome to the wonderful world of in-laws:D

We all have them, just learn to live with it. I've had to put my foot down a time or 2 & set some pretty rigid rules to make life with them bearable.

I actually read a few things in the past couple of years that showed girls are going through puberty MUCH earlier than they used to. And it pointed out that the change to earlier puberty, while crossing racial lines, was more pronounced for black girls than white girls.

I wonder what's causing it?

steroids in food, particularly meats. all the steroids they pump into cattle to make them more profitable. even in milk.

10 is still a bit early, but yeah, being overweight triggers the brain to kick out the menarche at an earlier age. Most of it is determined by the amount of fat on a female's body, and with increasing prevalence of childhood obesity in america, that and the steroids in foods nowadays are the main reasons for young girls having their periods.

Ya know, it's assumptions like this that lead to irrational fears... like the breast implant hysteria.

Oh bullsh!t. You didn't present your answer as a 'guess." You stated it as fact.

who asked you moron?

btw, ya, i used the word "guess". in my post your referring to, does it anywhere specifically state it is a fact?

in my post where i say guess, I specifically state that my opinions were based on studies i'd seen years ago.

sheesh, are you people really that insecure about what you believe that you overreact to other peoples opinions.

You stated it as fact. You might not have meant to but you did. And yes, I am defensive about it because our family raises cattle and we dont need people like you spreading "opinions" as fact.

not exactly the stereotypical asian thing (assuming the younger sister is biological). wtf is that though, giving up HS to go to work? gimmie a break. Lots of people fail chemistry, just move to a lower level and graduate. I can't believe anyone would be that crazy. also, does she really want to raise a child like this?
