Time to make a claim to the shipping company. The board is surely not OK, it looks like the traces have been cut.

I never thought bending PCB permanently was even possible...Everytime I've tried, it's just cracked and broke on me ;)

Jesus...looks like the motherboard was crushed and also suffered from water damage of some sort. I don't know how a motherboard could bend like that unless it was submerged under water for a period of time with something crushing it from the side. Hope you can file a claim to get a new one. Poor Asus :(

The board was received that way from Asus. There are twenty Asus boxes to a master carton. No padding, packing material, etc.

I actually see this sort of thing every day straight from the manufacturer. They simply go right back.

I took a picture of this one because I too was amazed that the PCB bent so much, yet never actually broke. It's fiberglass for God's sake! It should shatter! :p
