I bought a car, was very happy with it when I got it, 3rd day of ownership the transmission starts having problems. So I figure I will dump it once I get the title from the state and find something else. I got the title today, and MY FVCKING NAME IS SPELLED WRONG!!!
Now I have to wait until wednesday to go to the tax assesors office and see about getting it corrected and then wait another 2 fvcking weeks for a new title to arrive.
Now I will be stuck with the damn POS for even longer.
Just fvcking great.

No this isn't a parrody, and I have all of my money tied up in the junk car I bought. I just want it back, or to transfer it into something that would be reliable.
My life has been a string of bad luck, thats all.

I had a car once . . . . the radiator was held on with chickenwire and duct tape . . . and I would have to pull over every couple miles, pop the hood, and re-attach the thing that ties the stick to the clutch(the stick would move, but the car wouldn;'t change gears). Its kinda scary making a right turn at 40 miles an hour because you're stuck in gear!

I feel your pain CrackRabbit.

I bought it from a sleazeball induvidual. :| No recourse at all, the day after he sold it to me he quit returning my phonecalls and emails...
I know I can get most, if not all my money back by trading it in or selling it to a carmax, but i need my name spelled properly on the title otherwise I wont be able to do it.

I gather that you're looking to take the role of sleazeball by selling it to someone else without disclosing the car's problems?

Carmax nor any car dealerships I would trade/sell it to would care about the cars faults, they would unload it at auction or sell it to a junkyard. I am not going to sell this car to an induvidual.
