I just got back home from a ski trip and I realized that I didn't fall once. This is very disconcerning.

Next time I really have to go on some black diamonds and push my skills.

Anyone else here love skiing?

I snowboard, but would like to try skiing. Seems like you can go faster and have more control going down the slopes.

no bruises or broken bones, huh? try a snowboard next time, that'll definitely give you some battle wounds.

not the case. i used to ski - on a snowboard i can keep up with almost any skier, and i can control just as well. keep riding and you'll get better.

Snow, cold weather, wind chills, salt from de-icing the roads, and everything related to Winter and temperatures that fall below 60°F, can go straight to hell.

I absolutely LOVE skiing, and have dreams about it. I didn't get to go last year, so I'm really, really looking forward to it this year.:D
