I thought it was a pretty cool flick.. I liked it alot.. Another trippy movie like that is Spotless Sunshine or something like that with Jim Carrey and "The Machinist" with the batman star....
 
i didnt like it that much and i really like that type of movie...just didnt get it...nothing happened, you think he would try and do something different
 
i think the letter is the one thing that happened differently

that, or there are two alternate futures at the end of the movie
 
did anyone follow where the gulf war and "dying the first time" fits in with the story line
I get setting his character up with gulf war syndrome, but why did he have to get shot there?
 
i refuse to see it. the plot is a rip off of a novel by Jack London called "The Jacket" (also published as "Star Rover"), but they failed to give him any credit.

 
I saw it, it was alright. Even tho it make no sense or even try to creat a theory that make sense. At least Butterfly effect was based on the chaos theory.
 
I honestly was let down. But I guess it's because this movie has become "the thing" in the past few years.

Butterfly Effect, Spotless Mind, now this. By the time I saw this I was burnt out on the "hey, I'm not who I am and I'm not dead yet" plot.

I kinda felt that way, but after we checked out the SECOND alternate ending - WOW! THAT was the way to end it! FOR SURE! 😀

Either way, I'm REALLY into those movies you can NOT predict. Like, the ONLY thing you can predict about it is that you will NOT know what the end will bring 😀 THAT I like! 😀

You can keep these lousy predictable types. Please, someone trash them. 🙁 such a waste of time.

The ending with the white blank screen and the echo of Keira's voice saying "How much time do we have?"

What does that exactly mean. Was she living a fantasy? Was it his imagination. Is it a dying sequence?

If you see the alternate ending bonus features, it alludes to such conclusions.

I'm just trying to grasp the ending they decided to run with......

I really liked it and plan on buying it. Keira Knightly did not do so well...I don't think she is the best actress although I do think she is beautiful. Adrian Broday may not be the prettiest guy...but man can that guy act...he is definitely now one of my favorite actors.
