Just watched "Harold and Kumar go to white castle"

It was ok...not laugh out loud funny, but it did have its moments, funny lines and bizarre gags.

It annoyed me that every character introduced at the beginning of the movie happened to cross paths with Harold and Kumar later in the movie...like all of NJ is represented by a two block radius.

Memorable scenes: the drive thru window (burn this mutha down), the guy with the boils on his face, and most of the scenes involving drug induced hallucinations.

The Bad: the ending was so cliche even for a comedy film...<Spoiler warning>...they get to White Caste, Harold gets the hot latina chic, Kumar decides to go to med school, and all the people who wronged them get screwed in the end.

While I don't condone spousal abuse, that scene was hilarious...

Hey, let's all go out and buy the DVD so there's more Harold and Kumar movies....

it was about as good as an ending can get for a movie about finding hamburgers lol🙂
 
NPH was funnier as Token / Lance in Undercover Brother.

HKWC was a decent movie, but not up there with bonehead / stoner classics like Dude Where's My Car? and the Bill & Ted movies.

We just finished it... and while I found that there were a few really funny parts (like the dual piss in the bushes made me ROTFLMAO), it was just dumb.
 
the movie also had a lot of funny stuff in details, like the Asian guy drives a Camry and can't parallel park. (i think my friend and I are the only ones who got it and laughed in the theater)
