i put a raw egg in a yogurt/OJ/strawberry/banana smoothie. it makes it more filling.

i dont know why people say that this is good.. what does a raw egg add? protein?

oh well, I can't really talk...I add a raw egg to already cooked ramen and beat it in.

It's prolly the fat that makes you feel full.

Not entirely true. Processing of eggs can result in small pores in the shell which in turn can lead to Salmonella migration into the egg.

You actually can get it from chicken crap on the shells, but obviously there is the slim possibility of the egg itself being contaminated.
