Just tried Framboise Lambic

I'd never heard of the stuff before. It's interesting. Quite sweet, but somehow still enjoyable.

All I can think is that I want to cook with it. It seems like it would make a great sauce to pair with some kind of meat - lamb, pork, perhaps even a decent steak.

I love that stuff. Too bad it's ridiculously expensive.

Lambics are awesome. Part of the wort is allowed to sour and then added back to the rest of the beer. They range from sweet to quite sour. Peach is my favorite.

Peach is my favorite followed by framboise for lindemans. Another good one brand is st. Loius.
