Actually, yes. So far my nose/head feels clearer than its felt in a long while.

I dunno how they're able to pour it straight through one side to the other. Any time I've ever tried that it pours in, starts to pool, goes down my throat, I start to hack and choke on the nasty salt water, dry heave a couple times, and while my nose would feel clearer I'd feel like someone just raked the back of my throat.
