just tracked my UPS package.. wtf is this??

Hi,

I was just tacking a package i ordered from Buy.com. When i went to the UPS website and put in the tacking number and clicked on detail it says:

May 29, 2002 5:39:00 AM ORLANDO, FL,US IN TRANSIT TO
May 29, 2002 5:38:00 AM ONTARIO INTL, CA,US DEPARTURE SCAN
May 29, 2002 2:49:26 AM ONTARIO HUB, CA,US LOCATION SCAN
May 28, 2002 5:35:03 PM ONTARIO HUB, CA,US LOCATION SCAN
May 28, 2002 5:29:16 PM ONTARIO HUB, CA,US UPS INTERNAL ACTIVITY CODE;FORWARDED TO DESTINATION
May 28, 2002 5:29:16 PM ONTARIO HUB, CA,US ORIGIN SCAN
May 28, 2002 7:07:33 AM ,US BILLING INFORMATION RECEIVED

Now ok.. its on route to my house, but the 5th like down May 28, 2002 5:29:16 PM ONTARIO HUB, CA,US UPS INTERNAL ACTIVITY CODE;FORWARDED TO DESTINATION WTF does that mean?

UPS INTERNAL ACTIVITY CODE means that they opened the box and played with whatever you ordered. But since they only played with it for 6 minutes (5:29 - 5:35) it must not have been something fun to play with. Of course, they could have broken it and hurridly packed it back into the box.

This means it's left ONTARIO CA and is in transit to ORLANDO, not your house. It was never "location scan"ned at Orlando, so it's not there yet.

Rubbing my eyes and seeing your actual question:

This means that they think you're ordering something nasty and wanted to look at it and make fun of you. :Q

That happened to me once...I ordered something in California to my home in Ohio, and it said it was here at our local hub. Next thing I see it's in transit to New York. I ended up getting it 4 days late. UPS said it was an accident and they would refund the shipping fees. I could care less if they refunded them because I didn't pay for it
