Just took some Fish Oil, good deal at costco

Anyone else use this stuff? Have you noticed that it does anything? I just picked up a bottle today and took a pill. Kinda strange burping fish when you ate chicken smothered in hot sauce

The main reason I'm taking it is for weight loss. Not sure if it does anything, but I've heard nothing but good things.

Thats why you buy the enteric coated ones. They delay digestion till it gets in the intestine so you don't taste anything.

Not sure if Fish Oil will help with weight loss but it will certainly make your heart healthier.

Fish oil capsules lowered my triglycerides over 300 points.

I take 9 pills a day.

Freeze them to avoid the fish burp.

No. Omega 3 is generally good for health, but if you're taking fish oil for weight loss be prepared to be sorely disappointed. High doses result in something like 40 calories per day burned off. Thats like a medium speed walk around the block. If you want to lose weight eat less and exercise more. Fish oil is not going to do it.
