Just told job is moving somewhere else!

My boss just told me that my position is moving somewhere else! The only problem is that it will cost me 200 bucks more in transportation cost and the company says it will not compensate me for it. Is this legal? Should I notify a labor lawyer?

Yes, it's legal. That sucks, but at least you have the option of going with the job. My sister's company just canned her and a whole building full of people. 🙁

In what country? Regular transportation to and from your place of work is not deductible.

I could see, someday, many jobs will move to India, China, Singapore or Mexico although Silicon Valley has been already flooded with Indian and Chinese who are on H1B (HB1?)
