Would a eVGA GeForce 6800 GT 256MB DDR3/AGP-8X/TV-Out/DVI (Retail Box) work with my motherboard?Its from ECS Elite Group, Model:L7VMM2(1.0A).It only supports up to AGP 4x.I have a AMD Athlon Xp 2400+.And dont worry about the power supply.

The specs say it supports 4x/8x so it should work fine.

Yeah I am sure you should be ok, all the AGP cards around I have seen that advertise 8x will still work in a 4x MOBO without a problem.
