No more excuses like, it's so unhealthy or it smells nasty. Today I embrace the cancer sticks and commence what I hope will become a lifelong habit.

I just read today how smoking relaxes you and revs up your metabolism which is just what I need. :)

I just finished 3/4 of a pack.

I was just reading about how harmful it is to the skin, which is another nice bonus on top of the lung damage and free radicals.

I am just starting running again too. My excuse to start smoking again last time was my broken foot. No excuses this time.

Good luck!

I must have thrown out 3/4-pack of cigarettes 20 times before I actually quit.

good luck man. we all know you can do it. i will never smoke. after my grandpa gave my grandma cancer from passive smoke, after he gave himself cancer, and after seeing all the tar that gets into your lungs, i just can't get near cigs.

If you feel like you're gonna cave and HAVE to have a cig, buy a pack of Quests, the NO NICOTINE kind.

I was a 2 pack a day smoker, and loved to smoke while I was drinking. (Like all smokers) :) I was afraid to go to the bars after I quit... I found when I was impaired, a Quest would satisfy my craving, and I wouldn't have the nicotine calling to me the next day.

I know it's not any healthier, but at least it's NOT ADDICTIVE. Nicotine =

Oh, and get the menthol, even if you're not a menthol kinda person. The regulars taste like @ss... :D
