At least during the week I can listen to "Mandatory Metallica" on the radio as I drive home.. :)

Well, Paulson, that shows you exactly how much you know about the Amish. They are one of the hardest working people around, nowadays.

You think those cows milk themselves? Fields plant/plow/reap themselves? Barns raise themselves? Jayco trailers build themselves?

All that and more. Most of it without the modern day conveniences, although they are being infiltrated slowly.. :)

My second job is as a phone operator for Equifax check verification.

This job just exudes fun, eh?

Couldn't find any "after hours" computer jobs....and I need the money ASAP.. :(

I live in Utah.

Our local station probably stole it. ;) They just play straight Metallica tunes for like 30min or so... some live stuff and rare stuff..

just don't get too burned out. No matter how old you are, there is more to life than work.

Enjoy what life has to offer!

Well, if I lose my house and/or my car, life won't have much to offer me. ;)

You gotta do what you gotta do. That's the way I see it.

Well, I always say; You can sleep in your car, but you can't drive your house!

My own words of wisdom I intend to pass on to my grandchildren.

Gotta do, what you gotta do. I'm in the same boat. I've applied to be a "package handler" at Fed Ex for an extra 15-20 hours a week after I get off my normal job.

Shouldn't be too bad. It pays $9.66 an hour and has some cool benefits.

I'm doing it to get a car loan and some student loans paid off early. It doesn't hurt the family life much because the g/f works from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM anyway.

I know how it is with starting new jobs and all... go for my final interview tomorrow morning for this job I will probably start the end of this week ... its basically in the bag just got make nice with my future boss and say yes I want this job and its mine. I've already taken their staffing test and blown it away (gotta love being an excellent test taker :) ). The best thing is its a job making about $5300 more a year than the last job I was working, plus better benifits, less stress, more opportunity for advancement, and less work .. woo hoo... I'm so excited.

Worked the second job thing for a while after leaving the service. Made quick bucks, but became burned out in the process. Hence the name ;)

Best of luck to you.
