I was supposed to have confirmed it by 5PM today, but b/c I only got home about an hour ago, I wasn't able to. However, I pressed on confirm order and now it says that it's confirmed, even thought it was already way past the 5pm deadline. This means it went through and half's gonna credit my acct. right? Any1 know the contact info for half?
 
They're not rigid on time. If you had waited a bit longer, it would have automatically canceled. You're fine.
 
I see youre also from NY. Blasted subway and my commute; I would've been home on time if it weren't for all those delays. So even though it's 5 hours too late it's still ok? It's happened to you before? I just don't wanna send it out and not get paid for it.
 
Check the 'seller payments' link tomorrow (takes them a while to update it). If you see the sale listed on your upcoming payment, I think you should be OK

Yep, I have confirmed late before and still paid, no problems. I think it was the next day or something. I don't know how far you can push it though, but since you're only a few hours late I'm sure you will be fine.

Yeah, the subway lines into the city were flooded. Couldn't get in for a while.

Usually in the same night(before midnight?) it'll be fine. I try not to, but I have confirmed, shipped & got paid plenty of times. Just try to not make it a habit. If you sell things on the weekday, you usually have a couple days to confirm. Items sold on the weekend get you till the following tuesday usually. I also let half.com remind me if I have a confirmation waiting.
