Just sliced into my finger with a razor

Hurts like a S.O.B. Was cutting up a box to fit into the garbage can. Luckily I had just changed the razor and it wasn't rusty or anything. Maybe I'll get a stitch later if it doesn't stop bleeding.

A new razor hurts? Wow, new razors are supposed to make CLEAN cuts right through that usually don't hurt.

Or is this a case of turning in your man card? ;)

Well if you cut yourself its gonna hurt, not the act of cutting so much as the wound left behind. Its not like he was shaving his face.

Researchers found that by changing the type of alcohol in super glue, from ethyl or methyl alcohol to butyl or octyl, the compound becomes less toxic to tissue. With further research, the practice may become more widespread and could eventually replace the need for stitching up lacerations.

It hurts like a bitch *after* you cut yourself, not so much during the act. I know from experience, I cut the end of my left index finger off a few years ago with an exacto knife. Fvck, that hurt while it was healing up.

You can buy this skin friendly glue at any pharmacy or walmart or whatever, however super glue still works, it just irritates the skin a bit. Better than bleeding everywhere.

It's commonly marketted as "NuSkin" if I'm not mistaken.

I have a small bottle of superglue that I use only for cuts. I love it.

So you came to your computer to bleed all over your keyboard?

New razors cut into nerve endings just as well as rusty ones.

Yes, but rusty ones grip, stretch, and rip the nerves apart as it's going through as opposed to making a quick and clean cut right through. The sharpest blades in the world privode a completely feeling-less cut (while it's cutting, not talking about after the fact when you pry the wound open to see if you're bleeding).

Why don't you come on over here so that I can make a completely pain-free cut across your face? :p;)
