The bulk of these were taken with the Canon 70-300 IS and a few shots taken with the Tamron 28-75. I was using a 5D which Igot when I sold my 40D. The only thing I miss about the 40D is the 6.5fps. 3fps on the 5D is okay, you just have to plan ahead better.
