"Just Serviced" when selling a car?

Depends on the car and the intended audience. If it's something like a timing belt & water pump change on a VW that's a $600 repair. That's worth listing IMHO and as somebody familiar with repair costs on a VW it's nice knowing I wouldn't have to pay for that after I bought it.
But simply putting "Just serviced" with no details is of little value to me.
