That's all I can say. I was BLOWN AWAY by this movie. Excellent, excellent job, Mr. Singer. It gave us everything that X-Men 1 left us begging for. We know that X3 *is* a go and I can't wait now.

Yes, it did stray from the comic book storyline, but what comic book movies don't eventually? As long as the world and the characters are intact, that's what matters the most. Fantastic performances by all.. Nightcrawler was indeed very cool. Jean Grey as hot as ever. Wolverine = mega badass. THe movie was a lot more violent than I expected. 🙂

Also, I had a bonus celebrity sighting. Sitting a few rows ahead of me was Brian Posehn who plays the mail guy in Just Shoot Me. He got up before the movie started and ripped off his clothes exposing a Spider-Man costume, then jumped around a bit. Whatta weirdo. 😛
