Just saw "The Pianist"

I was volunteering at a library and was asked to watch some reportedly broken movies and saw this one. All i can say it sure deserves the oscar it got.

Ya it was pretty good 🙂 I liked how it showed good germans and bad germans, good poles and bad poles, and good jews and bad jews.

Goes along w/ Hotel Rwanda as a very good sad movie.

Nah, he only survived as a Jew during the holocaust being protected by a Nazi officer. If that's not an intriguing story, I don't know what is.

EDIT: The story is so much more than that. It's also a true story, I wonder what he was supposed to "do". Have a car chase? Find some hookers?
