Just saw something real funny

Was about to across the street to get some coffee and I see this ehem "feminine" guy twirling an iPOD via the headphone wires and kind of "prancing"' around when all of a sudden, the headphone jack disconnects and the iPOD goes flying and bouncing into the street into traffic.

*crunch*

(sound of the iPOD getting crushed by a yellow cab doing about 20..and the iPOD was not laying flat on the ground, it was kind of in the middle of a tumble on it's ends..so it's a goner.)

The dude SCREAMS so high that his voice actuallly crackles and coughs while dropping his "handbag" and actually waves at the traffic to try and stop it. Meanwhile he's screaming "MY MUSIC! MY PEEDEEAAYYYEE!!!!!!!" "What am I going to do?!?! I can't live like this!!!~!~"

Traffic finally stops to the red light and he get's on the ground to pick up his mangled music player.

Somehow I've managed to contain myself.

PDA? Maybe he was using it to store contacts or something.


I think it was green..could be blue. I couldn't see that well since it looked like it was in one of those protective sleeves.

i don't think that is possible. the headphone jacks are quite loose on ipod's. plus you'd have to swing it pretty hard to swing it into the middle of a road.

if you use the remote control, it plugs itself into two jacks on the ipod itself, so there's more "security"

It was definitely an iPOD. It had the white ear plugs and I could even see the wheel. Plus "PDA!" wasn't the only thing he was screaming.
