RfaD is an amazing movie. The soundtrack is chilling and fits the movie perfectly.

I wish they'd start giving Jared Leto more roles in movies. He's such an amazing actor (and the lead singer of one of the greatest bands ever).

unparalleled, yet surpassed. watch 2001 a space odyssey. 2001 is great at what it tries to do, but it doesn't have much depth beyond the "drugs are bad" theme

I remember watching that movie again under the influence. That was insane. The little sound effects were freaking me out big time.

I think the mom's story was much more depressing than the other characters' because she was not doing anything wrong to begin with, and was just following the doctor's instructions. The other characters were involved with drugs from the start, so it was easier to see them getting into trouble later on.
BTW, are there even any drugs prescribed for fat loss that are as potent as the ones taken by the mom in RfaD? My limited understanding was that current prescription diet pills were not nearly as powerful as they were portrayed in the movie.
