Just saw Nacho Libre last nite AND....

Here's the deal, if you like movies like Dumb and Dumber and The Waterboy than you will like Nacho Libre... if not than you'll hate it. It's that kind of comedy and some ppl just don't like it. I myself found it entertaining. The fight scenes were hilarious his freaking mexican accent cracks me up..

Overall I'd see it again.

the only jack black movie that i didn't really like was the one where he invented that spray to make dog shlt disappear.

other than that, i have pretty much enjoyed all of the movies he's been in.

that the old rollerblade movie? if so i loved that movie when I was younger! and if it's that movie, I don't even remember him being in it.

Dumb and Dumber got a very rotten review too.... Rotten Tomatos is a good gauge of most movies, though I tend to think that comedies like this are rated harshly. If you don't like Adam Sandler / Jim Carey "Cable Guy" type of comedies, than you won't like this movie. I myself like those kind of comedies, as I tend to go in anticipating this kind of movie. Its no Shawshank Redemption or Godfather in terms of acting.. but the comedy is there. Ppl take movies too serious nowadays..

Everyone watch this movie! It is pure comedy! I completely agree with the OP although I think it's much better than dumb and dumber mostly because the humor isn't just stupid humor. I watched it for free at sneak preview last night and I would definately pay to watch that movie.
