Never said that but you can't believe a word Kerry says based solely on his record. He spews whatever the polls say people want to hear on that day and contradicts himself continuously. He is for something when it is popular and changes his mind later and acts like he never supported it in the past if opinion changes like most Democrats.....fence sitters afraid to alienate the masses by taking a stand on anything besides there beloved social programs.
