they pulled out some of the old great ones... songs from the wood, my God, too old to rock & roll, and, of course, aqualung. and even locomotive breath as an encore! 2nd time in concert, what a great show 🙂
 
You know I saw Jethro Tull about 6 years ago and I came close to walking out about 6 times. The band had so many new members it should hardly have been called Jethro Tull and Ian spent so much time pontificating between songs I almost wanted to start throwing crap at him.

They pretty much played a good song followed by two awful tunes chock full of pontificating then I would be about ready to say "ok, that's it let's go", but then they would pull out something decent which convinced me to stay. Then the whole cycle would start again.

His whos him? Jethro Tull is a them, a band. Ian Anderson is a him. And the best flute player ever.

Contrats dolph I would love to see them. Heard thier tickets ar cheap like around $30 and play in 5000 or less seat theaters..My kind of show.

i did not know they were on a tour, i must find out if they are coming round near my house. they are one of my favorite bands.
