Wow, this movie has scenes that I never want to watch again. Not because they were lifeless scenes that don't deserve a second viewing, but because the scenes were so incredibly emotionally gut-wrenching that I don't think I can bear to watch them again.

Joaquin Phoenix is so realistic in this movie that it's scary.

Like it or hate it, if you watch this movie YOU WILL REMEMBER IT.
 
I know what you mean. A few weeks ago I fell asleep w/ the tv on and woke up at 2 am and it was on.

When they drag him out to hang him, ugh
