Just sat one hour on the home-trainer: When will I notice a stamina boost?

First time today for 60 minutes on the home trainer. I gonna do that a couple more weeks. When will I notice some improvment in my stamina? I also need lots of recreation, right?

When your friggin heart implodes. Only exercise I do is blink a few times.

Actually, that's about right. Give youself at least a month before expecting noticeable results.

You'll notice it a week from Wednesday...around 8:34am.

Yesterday was the Champions League Final so I had to watch the game. Today was just 15 minutes. I talked to my friend and he told me that if I overdue in the beginning, it's kinda bad. I should slowly start and then do more and more. Gonna do 30 minutes 3x a week I think and then up it to 5x a week.
