I have a Costa Rica 2.4C, Zalman 7000cu, 1gig HyperX PC3500(2.6v) and an IC7. I don't know much about overclocking but I gave it a try and here are my results:

250 FSB, 5:4 divider & everything at default voltage=3.01ghz. Temp was 35C
267 FSB, 5:4 divider, CPU at 1.55v, Mem at 1.7v=3.2ghz. Temp was 38 to 39C at idle.

Are these good results and if so can I run my system safely at these speeds? Also what tests should I use to bench my system for stability?

nice temps, i think you got room to go higher. use prime95 and 3dmark2001 looped to test stability
