Ugh. PM me your mailing address and I'll help you out.

I just painted the pickguard on my Cort J Triggs (yeah, it's a Cort, but it plays really well)

You can hear it in action (along with my inadequate singing) in Smell That Doll's Head (only about 1:30 long, give it a listen :p)

I like the sound, but from the clips it sounds like you need to slow it down a little and put some more soul into the music.

But if you were just demoing, understandable.

The pedal looks sweet. It looks like the bottom is cracked though... is it?

No, it's okay :). You've done a lot for me, already :). You've got awesome guitars, man :).

Oh, and I live in Europe :p. I ordered a book from the US of A, once. The book was $15.99 if I recall correctly and the shipping was $35+. You don't want to send me anything :p.

thanks for the clips. that's super awesome that you had a custom pedal built! tough to hear the tone from the videos, but it sounds pretty gnarly. :) i wish my big muff still worked.

Sorry for sloppy playing, too excited messing around with knobs.

Nice Les Paul :).

I've got an rough old Ibanez Les Paul that I don't play anymore. I can't afford a Gibson or a bunch of effects pedals, decent amp ect:Q, so I'm playing my current Schecter with a J8 foot controller and a J-Station into my PC. Its actually a pretty sweet setup solo, and the Johnson stuff gives me alot of different sounds on the cheap. I also play me accoustic quite a bit (Ovation 1861 Standard Balladeer)

Nice! makes we want to sit down and jam for a bit :)

Haha yes. In fact every single coworker I showed this guitar to said the EXACT same thing ;) That's not even in my realm of possibilities at the moment :p

Nice burst though, I like what you did to it!
And you know I'd kill for that BB... man you should rock some Frampton on that thing.

Yeah this was in no means supposed to showcase me, just the pedal, those were both one take clips to show off the new sound. There is no crack on the bottom, it's actually just the reflection of the camera :)

Just sounds like a fuzz with a compressor after it?

Just a fuzz into my amplifier, I hate compressors :)
I let the natural tube overdrive be my compressor.

I've just got a tiny little 15w Peavey (I think it is 15w...it's small as I don't really need it to be that loud) and I currently have a TS-7 Tubescreamer and a Digitech RP200A to play around on. I mostly play metal and rock, like Metallica and Ozzy and anything else I hear that I like (Cold, Disturbed, Staind, etc).

cool stuff but I think you need to learn how to strum, or maybe you just don't know how the strumming goes on mayonaise

Ok, cool. Now post some links to the same songs showcasing your talent :). Really, you should, I really like both of those songs!

BTW, I can't hardly play guitar even though I own two, so I didn't mean to be high and mighty or anything.

I once sent off a couple of Boss pedals to be modified by a guy that seemed to be pretty reputable. Unfortunately, I didnt like the tone of either of them after I received them back (or before, for that matter).

Glad you had better luck than I.
