Here's comes the really dumb question....
in the installation note.. it says
"The heatsink may have thermal interface material attached to the bottom as shown in Fig 1
(Be careful not to damage the thermal interface material.) If not, use the enclosed syringe and apply
all of the thermal interface material to the top of the processor as shown in Fig 2."
The retail boxed cpu i got has a heat sink with a square black patch on it... is that the thermal interface
material?????
I dont have the syringe as described above... (something I remember I applied to my old
Celeron 300A)
