This could be true. From the looks of the ISP it is a fixed point wireless system. There are a few companies buying these up that are looking at using the licenses radio spectrum for WiMax. This company looks like it has multiple towers, making it worth that much.

Do what all the other now multi-billionaires did. Re-invest in another start-up and in a few years time add another zero to the end of that number. Rinse, repeat.
 
save it. in a high-interest investment. get another job, continue your life, go to college (I'm 18 as well, and if you miss out on college, I feel sorry for you), and use the money to buy your first house, first car, pay for your kids education, engagement ring, etc.
