I wasn't really paying attention to the TV when I heard the music and was all, oh crap it's Top Gear!

Alas I was disappointed =/

Sounds like some cheesy top gun sh*t to me. Other than that they play awsome music on the show. Only time I have ever heard boards of canada played other than downloading it.
