Hello to the other fellow warriors too. 🙂 Didn't know what to expect but it was pretty fun. Lotsa cute girls in skimpy athletic wear too.

Yeah ran it last year with about the same time. It's eye opening and terms of where you are in your fitness level, thats for sure. But it was a blast. I'm doing it again this year in Illinois.

Pics are all on the warrior dash page. I didn't wanna take pics of girls and look like a creeper. It's better in person though.

Did that run last year, it was kind of lame where it was by us because it was only a 5k. I signed up this year for the tough mudder so I htink that will put me in my place...it is at the end of summer so I have plenty of time to get unfat and in a little bit of shape outside of doughy and soft!

I'm doing a half marathon this weekend for the KY Derby Festival. I had heard advertising on Pandora for the warrior dash and was going to do it, until I found out it was in Louisville, NEBRASKA! Pandora's advertising = FAIL!

Farthest I've ever run is about 3/4 of a mile. That was when I was in good shape, swimming 6K yards every day and weight training 3 days of the week.

I've gained about 60 pounds since then, and now I don't think I could run a single block.

I am a big fan of turkey legs and beer steins though.

That said, I am sure I could handle a 5k swim across a lake.
