Just ran Spybot S&D and I got the following....

Windows Security Center.AntiVirusOverride

Anyone know what's up with these two changes?

AdAware didn't find these or if it did it didn't recognize them as a problem...

Maybe it's with thesp2 update? You know the one where windows keeps nagging that you don'thave antivirus/firewall/? I think It's called window's security center. Those may be the entries that allows you to monitor your antimalware software yourself (The ones windows dossn't detect)

Yeah, first time for me as well.
Windows just did another update yesterday and now I get these warnings.

All it is, if you set the Anti-Virus settings to NOT MONITORED in Security Center then you'll get this, it's nothing ot worry about.

It is possible that the recent windows update added those additional registry keys for more flexibility.
