I ran it in 20:31...its been 5 yrs since I last raced in hs. All i have been doing is running slow distance. I have to start speed/hill work now. Also loose some more weight. Whoo im so pumped to workout now. Any other runners here? Any running/weightlifting/loosing weight tips??
 
Good job! I'm 22 and had never ran a race in my life - or ran much at all period. I started training earlier this year and just last month ran my first 5k in 22:32. I was very pleased, to say the least.

Dr. Scholl's heal inserts for runners - best exercise equipment ever bought. I would get terrible knee pains and shinsplints until I bought them, and then *poof* - no more 😀
