Just ran 3dmark05 and got about 0.3 FPS on CPU tests

I haven't run 3dmark05 in a long time and since I just got my X800XTPE today I thought I'd fire it up. While the GPU tests ran fine, the CPU tests were unbelievably slow. While I used to get about 3-4 FPS before, I get about one frame every three or four seconds. Even weirder is that my Aquamark scores are perfectly normal (~65k) and my system otherwise runs fine. I tried doing a virus scan also to see if that might have been the problem but it didn't turn up anything. I have a 500 watt PSU so I'm pretty sure that's not the issue either. Any ideas what could be causing this?

I've ran in to this several times. Always chalked it up to a bug in 3DMark. You try running again after a reboot?

P.S. it is nothing to worry about, and 3DMark's "CPU Score" is worthless :D

I know this is a dumb question, but how do I know if it's VIVO? It's a BBA refurb card from ATI.com. See the huge thread about it in Hot Deals if you don't know what I'm talking about.

And yes, it's still slow after many reboots (and a defrag) as well as with both stock and omega drivers.
