Just purchased Baldur`s Gate2 any tips guys?

I`ve played the old ,BG,Icewind Dale,Planescape Torment so am used to the layout,but was wondering any tips you can give me.Also is there any serious bugs in the game?

Get the latest patch for the interplay website. Then check out a couple of the sites linked from there to get some tips.

If you have played all those games i doubt that you will need any help.
 
Make sure when playing the game ya take your time and listen to all the characters. I have been lost countless times. Read your journal regularly, it is the most important tool ya get.
 
I`ve installed the patch, now if I can only find some weapons,mind you only played it for 5 minutes to make sure everything works ok,will give it a serious bash tomorrow.
