Ive been looking for a cheap laptop for a while (some may have noticed from my post's) and this was the best deal i could find for the specs. All i need is something for surfing the net/email and some kind of waranty. The order is pending approval/

I would have gone with 1GB RAM minimum (probably cheaper to upgrade later anyways) and the Vista upgrade.

how long will your battery last around ? I saw one AMD laptop and the reviews said the battery would only last 30 minutes.

I have a Centrino, 1.7 Ghz it was really cheap I like it. battery says it last upto 3 hours on low settings

true but its only for surfing the net and i was actullay happy with the 128 mb that my previous laptop had , like i said i only use it for surfing the net, as for vista, dont have plans to put it on my laptop, i would probably put ubuntu on it before i put vista.

53 WHr 6-cell Lithium Ion Primary Battery, i will be plugged in most of the time so its not really a problem, if it can last for an hour i'd be happy with it.
