After orginally thinking that it would be cool to own an ergonomic keyboard, a few months later, I sold my Belkin Ergonomic Keyboard. I just couldnt get used to the split design. I kept hitting the wrong keys when I typed. Additonally this keyboard design moved keys around to different places than the standard keyboard layout. To replace it, I picked up the Saitek Eclipse. This is the most popular keyboard at Newegg. The reviews also gave it all thumbs up. The backlight is nice, but I bought mainly because it seems to be a quiet and well built keyboard.

Although I haven't used any of the Saitek boards, the Logitech Elite is indeed a nice keyboard.

Now it's settled... I can't trust the Newegg reviews.

127 people who took the time to write a review can't be wrong. I don't trust them either, which is why I read independent reviews as well.

Where did you learn how to pour beer? That's got way to much head.

Sorry. Next time wear some sunglasses and stand next to a guy wearing a striped shirt. It'll be flat that way.

Ohhhh pretty colors.

Hey anyone get that keyboard with the programable display yet, I saw some thing about this keyboard that you can program each keys display. Let me see if I can find the link.

Darn I can't find it right now, here is this one though. Notice in the picture of the keys that you can push a botton representing a cup of coffee and one representing a helicoptor (sorry I am a loser...I found that funny) Text

Ok I found it...check this bad boy out ITS AWESOME!!!!

no way the saitek is much more comfortable to type on and you dont have to worry about the letters wearing off, and thats before you look at the red backlight.
