Nice and easy.
I think that it could hit 450 Mhz easly, but since there is no fan in the unit, I will just have to stop at 400 Mhz...
So far everything is nice and stable, OS X works like a charm. With new, 20 GB hdd and 256 Mb of RAM it boots up to OS X in less than a minute!
More info here: Link

Note: You dont have to use sourface mounted resistors. Trace of tin will do the job as good as the small sourface mounted resistor....
he he :)

Actually, this IS interesting now...
The CPU temp monitoring utility shows only 32 deg of C at 400Mhz...
This is very cool :D
I might try to aim for 450 Mhz soon!

How much does a used iMac of such config cost these days? I can't even remember when I last used a Mac.

$305.00 + shipping...
Or $300.00 local pickup (Michigan)
It has a new 20 GB hard drive, 384 Mb of RAM, and OS X 10.2 (Jaguar)...
If someone is interested, please feel free to take a look at the official selling threat
Thanks

Edit: The CPU tem goes to 48C after some seti crunching and web browsing. That ain't too bad considering that it has NO fan at all.....
It would be about 10 C cooler with the 486 type CPU fan....
