Just out of curiosity, why is my rating so low?

I'm just wondering, cause my rating is like 1.6 with 9 votes...does someone really hate me that had 9 accounts, or what? Has anyone here rated me and have a reason for doing so that low?

Don't pay any attention to the ratings. I just turn them off cause people love to give each other 1's.
