First, can someone link me to the latest and greatest driver for the GPU.

Second, can someone link me to the best overclocking utility? Usually I use Riva tuner (with my 8800 GTS 640mb) but I hear that these new cards have a third overclockable option (shader?). Is that available with the latest Rivatuner or does it require a different app?

All help would be much appreciated.

You didn't specify your OS so I'm just telling you to go to www.nvidia.com and get he latest beta forceware drivers there.

In order to increase the pixel shader clock speeds you need to reprogram the BIOS of the card. RivaTuner is a good utility for more conservative overclocking.

So how do I re-program the bios?

And sorry, I am using Windows XP 32bit.

You can use the latest Rivatuner but you may need to add G92 = 600h in the rivatuner cfg in the rivatuner folder. You can oc the core, shaders, and mem.
