idiotekniQues, I'm a Google shareholder and have been keeping pretty close tabs on the support forums, there's a pretty significant problem here, and I really don't think there's a software patch to fix the way the antenna is oriented in the phone. I've used a hell of a lot of radios over the years, it's pretty easy to see what the problem is.
If Google recalls this phone, can I say I told you so?
i never said there isn't a problem. in fact i am a nexus one owner very aware of the problem as i can replicate it myself and am eager for google to fix this.
i also never said it is not a hardware issue. in fact i assumed it was immediately but then i read some more on that kind of issue and found out there is more to the story. you should read a little bit about signal issues and firmware. i know it may be tough to do, but try it.
